Afbestillingsregler

På Sortebro Kro ser vi frem til at forkæle jer. Og for at kunne give jer den allerbedste
oplevelse, begynder vi forberedelserne, i god tid inden I sætter jer til bords i vores
hyggelige krostue.

Derfor er det naturligvis også vigtigt for os, at I kommer som aftalt. Vi forstår godt, at
der kan ske ændringer, og vi kan selvfølgelig også tilpasse jeres bestilling langt hen
ad vejen. Dog gælder der nogle tidsfrister i den sammenhæng.

De tidsfrister får I et overblik over her i vores afbestillingsregler. Reglerne er ikke
lavet for at genere nogen. Tværtimod skal de hjælpe både jer og os. Denne fælles
forståelse er et godt udgangspunkt for et hyggeligt arrangement på Sortebro Kro.

For bordbestillinger op til 12 personer

Ændring i antal
Frem til 24 timer før ankomst kan I frit ændre antallet af gæster ved bordet. Ved
nedjusteringer senere end dette ser vi se os nødsaget til at opkræve for det aftalte
antal. Ved opjusteringer kan vi desuden ikke garantere, at der er plads i
restauranten.

Annullering
Frem til 48 timer før ankomst kan I frit annullere jeres bordbestilling. Annullerer I
senere end dette, ser vi os nødsaget til at opkræve for den bestilte menu.

No-show
Hvis I ikke dukker op til det bestilte tidspunkt (no-show), ser vi os nødsaget til at
opkræve for den bestilte menu.

Vi skal imidlertid nok minde jer om bordbestillingen i god tid via mail/sms. Giv os
gerne besked, hvis I er en smule forsinkede på dagen.

For bordbestillinger til flere end 12 personer (selskaber)

Ændring i antal
Frem til 48 timer før ankomst kan I frit ændre antallet af gæster i selskabet. Bliver I
færre gæster end det aftalte, ser vi os nødsaget til at opkræve for det aftalte
antal. Ved opjusteringer kan vi desuden ikke garantere, at der er plads i
restauranten.

Annullering
Frem til 3 uger før arrangementet kan I frit afbestille jeres selskab. Afbestiller I
senere end dette, ser vi os nødsaget til at opkræve 50 % af det aftalte beløb.

No-show
Hvis I ikke dukker op til det bestilte tidspunkt (no-show), ser vi os nødsaget til at
opkræve det aftalte beløb for jeres arrangement.

Cancellation policy

We look forward to welcoming and indulging you at Sortebro Kro. As we want to
ensure you a superior dining experience, preparations start in good time before you
arrive at our cosy inn.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to honour your reservation. We understand that
changes can occur, and we would obviously like to accommodate your wishes as
best we can. However, please note that time limits do apply.

These time limits are defined in our cancellation policy below. The purpose of this
policy is to establish a common understanding and provide the best basis for an
enjoyable visit to Sortebro Kro.

Reservations for up to 12 people

Changes to the number of guests
The number of guests at your table can be changed unreservedly up until 24 hours
prior to your arrival. If reductions occur later than this, we may have to charge you for
the full number of guests in your reservation. In case of adding more people to your
reservation, we are unable to guarantee availability.

Cancellation
Your reservation can be cancelled unreservedly up until 48 hours prior to your
arrival. If you wish to cancel your reservation later than this, we may have to charge
for the ordered menu.

No-show
If you fail to honour or cancel your reservation (no-show), we may have to charge
you for the ordered menu.
We do send out reminders about your reservation well in advance. Please let us
know if you are delayed.

Reservations for more than 12 people (function bookings)

Changes to the number of guests
The number of guests in your function booking can be changed unreservedly up until
48 hours prior to your arrival. If reductions occur later than this, we may have to
charge you for the agreed-upon number of guests. In case of adding more people to
your function, we are unable to guarantee availability.

Cancellation
Your function booking can be cancelled unreservedly up until 3 weeks prior to the
event date. If you wish to cancel later than this, we may have to charge you XX% of
the agreed-upon amount.

No-show
If you fail to honour or cancel your function booking (no-show), we may have to
charge you the full amount of the booking agreement.
